OCM provide professional sound, lighting and video services for meetings and conferences, delivering clear sound and spectacular lighting.
In addition to providing the equipment and overseeing the installation, we use our 3D modelling and design software to carefully plan out the room, ensuring you get exactly the look you have in mind.
We can supply stage furniture and lecterns in addition to microphones, both wired and wireless, to ensure speakers can be heard clearly throughout the room.
We can supply varying levels and types of lighting, from simple uplighters to add colour and atmosphere to a room to advanced moving lights to really bring your event to life.
In addition to sound and lighting, OCM can also provide HD projectors and flat screens so you can be sure that however big your venue, everyone in the audience will be able to see the presentation.
For more complex installations, we can arrange for one of our technicians to be on site throughout the event to manage the technical equipment and help to ensure your event runs without a hitch.
For smaller events, once the equipment is delivered and set up, we will give basic instruction on how to use the equipment to at least one or two people on site before leaving you to run the event yourselves. For any further assistance, one of our technicans is always available on call.
We pride ourselves on our ability to find creative solutions to fit the venue and the budget. Using our experience, we take your initial requests and requirements and propose a solution we are confident will fufil your needs whilst remaining as cost-effective as possible.
If your venue only has one power socket on the opposite side of the room, we can help with a power distribution system to supply additional power to the venue and ensure there are enough sockets in the right places.
If you're looking to add that extra 'bang' to your event, we can support you with the use of small pyrotechnics such as confetti cannons and flame effects.
We are also able to support outdoor events, using waterproof sound and lighting equipment. Sometimes, lighting the outside of your conference venue can be just as important to set the tone for your guests before they even step inside.
